Introduction about Cyber Law

Cyberlaw is a term that encapsulates the legal issues related to use of communicative, transactional , and distributive aspects of networked information devices and technologies. It is less a distinct field of law in the way that property or contract are, as it is a domain covering many areas of law and regulation. Some leading topics include intellectual property, privacy, freedom of expression, and jurisdiction

    This is Laya. This is my blog which is related to Cyberlaw and other related issues.

    I'll post interesting news and upadates about CyberLaw regularly and I'll identify the legal issues and laws pertaining to that news. The basic idea is to have other students comments and ideas about my point of view and the examined cases. This will help us to undersatand legal cases regarding to cyberlaw with more depth and a better anaysis of the legal issues.
